NPAIRS

The NPAIRS (Nonparametric, Prediction, Activation, Influence, Reproducibility, re-Sampling) package provides a statistical resampling framework with basic building blocks for benchmarking and comparing pipeline choices using a variety of performance metrics. VA Slicer

The VA_SLICER package is an adaptation of the SLICER program distributed with IDL3.1. It has been modified by researchers in the Functional Neuroimaging Group at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center for use in examining co-registered structural and functional brain volumes.
