McStrip

McStrip (Minneapolis Consensus Strip) is a hybrid method for removing skull and scalp from a T1-weighted MRI brain volume. The output is a binary mask that includes cortical grey matter, white matter, ventricular CSF, and some subarachnoid CSF.
