What it does:

We do not know of any stripping algorithm that can satisfy all of the people, all of the time (rats!). EditMan allows you to make manual corrections to a mask volume, or to create a mask volume from scratch. Ordinarily we deal with binary masks -- but EditMan will also let you make or edit a mask that has multiple values; for example, with value 1 for the left hemisphere, value 2 for the right hemisphere and so on. See the screenshot below for an idea of the interface layout (click on the image for a larger view).
