LYNGBY TOOLKIT

- What it does:
Lyngby is a Matlab program package for the analysis of functional neuroimages.
- Features: (also see image)
-
- models four-dimensional fMRI data (i.e. 3D spatial volume over time)
- incorporates many models: Cross-correlation, FIR filter analysis, K-means clustering, Lange-Zeger grid search and iterative models, Ardekani (and ordinary) t-test and F-test, Kolmogorov Smirnov test, Neural Network regression and saliency, Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) and others
- all models have low-level modeling functions and a GUI interface
- designed for the analysis of experimental data obtained from controlled multicentre trials
- can import data in various different formats as well as user-defined formats
- Caveats:
-
- requires Matlab v5.2
- developed on Linux and SGI platforms
-
- How to get it:
