What it does:

The NPAIRS (Nonparametric, Prediction, Activation, Influence, Reproducibility, re-Sampling) package provides a statistical resampling framework with basic building blocks for benchmarking and comparing pipeline choices using a variety of performance metrics

Features:

• Multiple Analysis Techniques:
  • General Linear Model (GLM)
  • Canonical Variate Analysis (CVA)
    
• Multiple "Agreement" Metrics (spatial pattern reproducibility) as measured by:
  • the correlation coefficent
  • prediction error using training/test techniques
  • SPM's indicating the likelihood of "activation" at each voxel

Caveats:

UNIX or Linux operating system
requires an IDL (version 5.3 or higher) license
(Virtual Machine version requires IDL version 6.0 Virtual Machine but no license)
requires one file for each data volume
file format is either Analyze or VAPET
