- New! Interactive Talairach Atlas
- An interactive Talairach Atlas with a reference T1-weighted MRI volume; "traditional" and "MNI" Talairach coordinates may be entered manually or determined with a mouse-click. Extremely useful for verifying the anatomical correlates of Talairach coordinates.
- Brain Extraction Evaluation Service
- Known as BEE, this service offers the user an opportunity to compare the performance of his/her favorite (or in-house) "stripping" algorithm against that of several publically available automatic and semi-automatic brain-extraction algorithms.
Hosted by the NeuroVia Lab, University of Minnesota. Dr. David Rottenberg, Director
- Corner Cube On the Web
- This service allows the user to experiment with the Corner Cube Environment, an IDL-based symbolic visualization software package, without loading it or IDL onto his/her computer.
- Coming Soon:
- A testbed for evaluating automated image registration algorithms funded by the HBP in 2004 has been designed and partially implemented at the University of Minnesota in conjunction with the HBP collaborators at McGill University and the University of Pennsylvania. When completed it will enable remote users to evaluate popular and in-house nonlinear registration algorithms using a variety of "goodness of warp" metrics.
