WEB-BASED DEMONSTRATIONS
The International Neuroimaging Consortium has developed a number of basic demonstration applications to illustrate our more complex visualization and data analysis software programs for neuroimaging datasets. We encourage you to explore these web-based demonstrations with the goal being to gather an introductory understanding of the actual programs. Additionally, these demonstrations have been created with the belief that software tools can and should be developed using emerging Internet technologies that capitalize on software portablilty.
It should be emphasized, these demonstrations are only models, and do not incorporate all features available in the corresponding software distribution set. To download the complete packages, please visit software downloads page.
DEMONSTRATIONS- Visualization Testbed -- permits the user to compare three different methods for visualizing experimental fMRI results in the context of brain anatomy
- Cortical Flat Mapping -- permits the user to visualize and interact with 3D renderings and flat maps of the cortical surface of the human cerebellum
- Corner Cube On the Web -- Corner Cube On The Web allows you to test the Corner Cube Environment, an IDL-based symbolic visualization software package, without loading it or IDL on your computer. The interface is meant to be simple and similar to the actual program, but if you are unfamiliar with the Corner Cube Environment and would like help using Corner Cube On The Web, see the Help Menu.
