  1. Your name:

  2. This is the name of the masks that you uploaded. The convention is subject01_NAME.img.
    Mask name: subjectNUMBER_ .img

  3. The possible file extensions are:
    .img .img.gz (if zipped) .img.Z (if compressed)

  4. This is the e-mail address to which the results will be sent.
    E-mail Address:

  5. This is the directory into which the volumes have been uploaded.
    Directory Name: /pub/BEE/

  6. The comparison algorithm needs a "goodness of fit" value for the final results.
    Choose Leniency of Fit in voxels, where 1=exact and 3=fuzzy.

    2.5
    3.0

  7. Choose the handmask(s) that will be used:
    UMN
    UCLA
    Both

  8. Results will be returned as:
    .ps .ps.zip (One file) .ps.tar.gz (tar ball)

    N.B. If you choose .ps you will have fifteen .ps files of approximately 900K per file to download.
    If you choose .ps.zip or .ps.tar.gz you will have one zipped file to download.
